3. User Accounts

5.3 Payment Terms

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the type and timing of your booking:

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund of any deposits paid
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
• Less than 24 hours: Full cancellation fee may apply
• Same day cancellation: No refund available

We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J Hanway Removals and Storage's liability is limited as follows:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Liability for loss or damage to goods is subject to our insurance terms and conditions

• Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• We recommend obtaining additional insurance for valuable items
• Our liability is limited to the declared value or actual value, whichever is lower
